Each private party reserves the entire play space exclusively for your group for two hours. The host may arrive 30 minutes before the start for setup; this time is not additional play time. Late arrival does not extend the reservation.

Party packages

• Imagine Party — $275 for up to 10 children
• Create & Celebrate — $425 for up to 12 children
• Ultimate Imagination Party — $650 for up to 15 children

Additional children are $15 each and subject to facility capacity. Every participating child counts, regardless of age. Open Play discounts and infant pricing do not apply to private parties.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due when booking. The date and time are reserved only after the agreement is accepted and the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due on the party day before setup or entry. The final child count is due at least 48 hours before the party.

Fourteen or more days before the party, one reschedule is allowed and the deposit transfers to the new date. Less than 14 days before, no refund, credit, transfer, or reschedule is available. No-shows forfeit payments. Severe-weather or facility-emergency closures transfer payments to a rescheduled date.

Each child needs a separate parent or guardian waiver before play. An adult must remain present and actively supervise participating children. The Party Agreement is accepted and electronically signed before deposit payment; a copy is sent with the booking confirmation.

Guests must leave by the scheduled end time. Late departure is charged at $50 for each additional 15 minutes or part of a 15-minute period.
